My wife ordered the Nuwave Precision Induction Cooktop for Christmas. She was told she would receive another cooktop for FREE, but had to pay the shipping. She was also told she would receive free cookware, she did not want to purchase the cookware set, but was told she would receive the free cookware with her order. All for $99.99 plus shipping for the other not so Free cooktop. We get the Two cooktops but no free cookware, plus our invoice in the box states $237.67 what a ripoff.
So we contact Precision Induction Cooktop, they tell us they will ship us the cookware for an additional $69.99 for the first FREE set, and $54.99 for the second FREE set of cookware. So now the $99.99 cooktop is going to cost us, $362.65 if we want the free items. So where is the FREE items I ask.
At this point my wife is fed up with these quacks. She says she will just return the cooktops. The agent tells her she will be out the $72.85 shipping and handling and we will have to pay to ship them back. I am out $237.67 for a $99.99 item, or I waste over $100.00 and end up with nothing in return.
Stay away from these ripoff artist. They over charge you for shipping, then don't send you what they tell you they will send, unless you pay more money for FREE items. What a classic RIPOFF.
