I ordered a nuwave pic after seeing an ad on tv it said if I ordered one pic I would get a free set of cookware plus as a bonus I would get another pic and cookware for $99.99 just pay S&P. I got my order in one box there was two cooktops[one that did'nt work at all] and one set of cookware. After over a month of calling and e-mails I got to talk to a real person. I was told I would get a replacement cooktop but I would have pay $69.00 more S&P to get the free cookware that I had already paid $139.85 S&P the frist time.
