False Advertising - Premier Cancun Vacations
Consumer Report

I was called with an invitation from Premier Cancun Vacations, to travel to Cancun with 2 adults and 2 children (under 17) for 5 night/6 days; to stay at one of two locations spotlighted, in Cancun.

I was told that I would have 18 months to use the vacation if I booked the registration within the next 12 months. I was also told that I could transfer MY PURCHASE to anyone that I wanted to.

Since my son hasn't traveled outside the country, and he was graduating, I thought I would provide him with this package.

After I transferred the package to him, he called to place his reservation date. (My contract indicated that a $69 reservation fee would be applied on the date the reservation was placed) So, he called Premier Cancun Vacations to schedule his vacations dates.

They had switched the offer/contract letter to him, which included, not only the $69 but an additional $110 dollars to be paid on the date the reservations were set.

So, it now this reservation fee is a total of $69 $110. What started out to be a fair deal has turned into a broken contract. There was no mention of any addition money other than the $69 in the first contract. They guaranteed me that I could give MY SAME CONTRACT to anyone that I wanted to.in my "recorded" acceptance, they did not inform me that there would be any additional fees applied, other than the $69. They have broken their contract with me and now they owe me a refund.

I want my money back. They broke the deal.
