On Wednesday, September 5 I spoke to Mr. Berten-owner and stated to him I needed to reserve a limousine car service from my home residence in Clifton to Newark-Liberrty Airport for Saturday September 8 for 6:15AM. I repeated again to him that I needed the limo for 6:15AM and he stated to me that the limo would be there at 6:15AM.
On Saturday September 8, I waited for limo service and none showed up, I still waited till 6:20AM and no show.
I started to call other limo car service at 6:25AM, but none could come at such late notice. This Mr. Berten if that's his name is not only running an unreliableand irresponsible limo car service but he is deceiving the public byusing a phony website address because, I found out thru the store owner that he no longer resides or leases an office from for the last 2 years.
Also, Mr. Berten is still deceiving the public to this day in the phone book dated 2013 that he still resides at 94 Centre StreetNutley, NJ when he hasn't for 2 years.
I feel this person is a deceiver of services and his so called limo carservice must cease and desist immediately.
I want the better business to investigate this individual for running false advertizing. I stand by my credibility. Thank you
