I prepaid for a vacation to Cancun with a Smart Circle certificate and never took the vacation. I also had prepaid the taxes for the trip directly to Premier Cancun Vacations in Mexico. I was told that I could not be reimbursed for the taxes even though I did not take the trip. The sales representative was very rude and stated that there was nothing he could do for me and because their organization was in Mexico, I could not file a complaint. This company has numerous complaints online for poor service, scamming, and ripping customers off.in addition, there are numerous complaints of the hotel's conditions in Mexico. The site they actually advertise online is false. If customers search other travel websites they will be informed of the conditions of the hotel called Ocean Spa in Cancun.
