Premier Cancun Vacations False Advertisement - Broken Contract - RipOFF

I was called by phone and was offered a Cancun Vacation for 2 adults and 2 children for 5 night/6 days at one of the two spotlighted Resorts: http://www.mypremiervacations.com/; www.laqunasuites.com. Mx and www.oceanhotelscancun.com.

The whole offer/acceptance was 'recorded' for accuracy.

I was told that the only fee applied later, would be the $69 fee for booking the reservation. I was told that I could transfer MY CONTRACT to anyone that I wanted to. I was told that I had to have a reservation date set within 12 months; but that the offer could be extended for 6 more months.

So I transferred MY CONTRACT to my son. At 12 months, in keeping with their guidelines, he called to make the reservation.
