Starting September 6 I called National Grid to setup an account with them to try to get my lights turned on in my name. They fail to help me knowing that I have a heart condition an out of work several times that I called and spoke to several different managers and they told me that I would be able to get my service back on pending payment when I got the payment up Monday the 10th I called with 550 dollars switch with half of my bill they been told me that my account has been sent to collections I've been without any lights for the last 2 weeks. Food that I had has all went bad to having no electricity and not being able to cook due to my stove running on electricity.
