I had to cancell my phone in 2010 shortly after getting phones one of the phones was lost. I had to pay 400.00 to cancell, it was a 3yr contract in 2012 may /7 I phoned Rogers to cancell my service of that contract which included two phone. One that was working the other one was not in service, I had to take it from my boy freind daughter who is a teenger and misuse the phone, So service was cut off, Rogers put the phone under lost or stolen to end service. I still paid for phone to the end of the contract.in May I called Rogers to have the contract cancelled and told them to end the contract I now find out that one of the phone line was never cancelled. There has been not service on this phone for some time. I now owe over 200.00 dollars and told I have to pay at leat 76.00 in order for them to have it cancelled please help me thanks
