I have never use the messages, but they charged me for it. When I got the phone they did NOT say that they would charge me money for texting. I don't even text.in the contract they didn't say that I have to pay money for texting. I now want to cancel it and I want my money back. When I called the company they said that I have to do this so now I'm doing this because of the very bad service. I think that Rogers has very bad service because it is very easy to start something but it is very hard to cancel something. I have to do this for no reason at all! If this continues than I am not EVER going to use Rogers again. Probably after my three year contract I will switch to Telus or Bell or something that IS NOT ROGERS. I don't get why you would charge me something that I don't even use. That is why I m typing this!!
