We have had windstream for our internet connection for about 2.5yrs. We have had weekly outages ever since it was installed. We even upgraded at the suggestion of tech support. We recently called again to complain. Since that call, we have had intermittent outages each and everyday. There is no rhyme or reason for these outages that occur at better than 10 times per day. Windstream has a monopoly in our area and no other service provider can get in. Windstream uses this to their advantage by providing sub-standard service—no, very poor service at very high prices. They also raise their rates and tell us point blank that if we want service, its just something we have to deal with.
