Please consider that I was a patient of HRC Medical Center for hormone implants. I was informed that it was going to help me with my health problems. It did the opposite, I was in pain, I had allergic & female problems from the very begining. I spoke to the lady that was in charge, her name is April. I informed her that I was very sick and that my doctor explained that this was never supposed to happen with the medical problems I had. I explained all of the health problems from the begining. I was told that it didn't matter that it would help. It did not help, infact it made me sicker than I was. I esplained how much pain & suffering I felt from this medication. April explained that if there was a problem; that I should speak to the doctor there. Her name was Dr. Malkman. I tried to reach her by phone; I left a message to explain to her that the implant was causing a problem and that she should speak to my doctor. The call was not returned. The nurse called me after some blood test and explained that they had given me an over dose of the medication. I have gone to (2) other doctors since then to help me with the medical problems caused by the implant that was supposed to make me feel so much better. I was in pain, and miserable for several months. April is the woman that I spoke to about my problems. I was informed she no longer works there. I have spoken to Dr. Blanco, she informed me that Melanie Calhoun would speak to me about settling some of my money. Melanie informed me that I would need to ask my doctor to state that I had a problem. I sent a copy of the letter to Melanie Calhoun. She did not call me back on this problem. I have called several times after sending her a letter requesting that I should receive some of my money back from the $2950.00 that I paid in advance. I also sent a statement from my doctor stating that I had some adversary problems with the medication. Melanie Calhound stated that it was out of her hands;they had no longer had anything to do with this. That I should wait for someone from HUD to call. I have been waiting, I believe I am getting the run around. I feel that this establement is a sham.
