After 3 years of taking my medication, I walked in to the store by my house to drop off my prescription, and the pharmacist informed me that they no longer will fill my doctor's prescriptions. They would not explain why and I felt like a complete fool. How can a pharmacist tell a well respected pain management doctor that the doctor is wrong in writing prescriptions that people need? They are not doctors! They do not know a patients medical history! So I took my prescription over to another chain pharmacy and they told me that Walgreens does NOT have the right to refuse a patients legit script! This is why we have a DEA to investigate quack doctors! Shame on them! Oh and the best part of my complaint? The script I needed filled was for an anti-biotic for a ear infection, not for pain medication!
