Television and Appliance Center Did Not Honor Warrantee Commitment

My Visio 42" plasma TV experienced the infamous 'Visio Pop' - I heard a pop and then there was nothing on the screen.
I found this outfit on the Internet and called them. Two men came by and said that the problem was the Y on the main board. For $225 they would fix it and give me a 90 day warrantee. I said that would not be acceptable - that much money for that short a time.
The man instead said they would fix it, give me a one year warrantee and give me, for $80 per year, ongoing warrantees.
I gave them the go-ahead to fix the TV.
It took much longer than the week they promised - said they had a lot of problems with getting the part - had to order it from China. I got it back. The TV immediately would flash when there was mostly white items on the screen, but, other than that, it seemed acceptable.
About 5 months after they fixed it the TV now has ghostly orange lines and no picture other than that at all. I have called them about 15 times. I got one call through and the guy said he would call me the next day about a repair. I got no call from him and have not been able to get through since. I'm out the $225 and will not be putting more good money into this TV again.
I would warn anyone who wants to even think of working with this outfit to steer clear - you will be risking your equipment and money on them.
