Denied acknowledgement of back pain complaint during visit

I made appt with center to follow-up on a recent hospitalization and to find a family doctor as well. The visit went well til the end when i felt confused about what exactly he was giving me meds for and his coarse of action, and against what exactly... Becouse i didn't feel he was informed enough when he said we were done, so i said hold on you did give me something for the back pain and he said "umm (as he glanced at the scripts) umm yea!"... So he lead me up to the check-out desk we said bye and the lady behind the desk gave me my appt card and my scripts and i looked them over and said which script was for my back pain and she said "hold on" and ask the doctor and he told her the dicyclomine. I told her i never heard of that for pain and she said im sure its stronger than asprin, i went on to fill the scripts and go to work when i got them back and found that dicyclomine didn't do what i ask him to make it do, which was to help with the back pain. So i called him immediately, the voice recording said leave a number and he would call you back, as long as it wasn't long distance. Well my cell number is a different area code but my home number was the same, forcing me to leave the home number with my message. I called back to try and actually speak to someone, and get it straighten out with the back pain issue. It was running into time for me to be back at work and their office is near my job, the person i spoke to said he was at lunch, i figured he might need me to come back in person anyway so i went back to the center and spoke to the lady who checked me out, by then i was upset and confused about why he completely ignored me about the back pain. Another young lady came to me and re asked what i needed and i told her about the back pain and that i need him to address this issue, it was one of the main complaints i had, i even filled it out on the get to know u paper work they have you fill out before the visit. She said well he is at lunch still and i asked her how much longer and she said 20mins or so... I seen him return and her tell him about me & she finally came out and said he nor the nurse remember your complaint about back pain. And he has the final word on whether to listen now or make you wait til your next appt and he said you can wait... I begged her to make him reconsider and she was like no! I felt wronged against, confused, and hurt! I left and cryed in my car trying to understand what just happened, i called the office and the same young lady telling no gave me to a nurse to speak to and i begged her to help me and she said i was out of options til my next appt! I paid $120 for help and comfort from the health issues i recently was hospitalized for as well as the back pain, i don't feel i got it nor the respect! I feel he should re-exam this issue and make it right, i at least paid for that much, the doctor doesn't have to lie on me like this, He is not telling the trueth nor is the nurse and i want to know why?
