They Called representing themselves as Microsoft to my mom. Said they would fix her computer remotely for $200.00 for a yearly contract. They made the computer worse. They called to tell her she would have to pay more because her Microsoft was out of date. She asked for a refund. They told her they couldn't refund that account for some reason and ask for another credit card and personal information. She gave them another credit card and they did not refund but charged another $1050.00 instead. And never received a refund. Her Computer crashed and my boyfriend had to fix the computer.
