On this date I was contacted by this company and was told that they were a representative of Microsoft and that my computer had a very serious virus and had to be fixed. Since we had recently contacted Microsoft and had an open claim with them we thought this was legit and after paying them 300.00 they took control of my computer and "FIXED" it. Several days later my computer acted up and I contacted Microsoft and explained the situation, Microsoft had never heard of Infozone Solutions and they deleted everything that Infozone had done to my computer. I contacted Infozone and advised that they misrepresented themselves and demanded a refund. They started yelling at me and then threatened to sue me for $2000.00 and to CRASH my computer since they had my IP address. After talking with several people at this company and they all yelled and threatened the same thing, I contacted my bank, the Attorney Generals office and the FBI. Since then they have called me 2 more times to see about fixing my computer, I advised them of the steps I had taken and they said they were NOT afraid of the FBI because they had attorneys. I think I have taken every step I can take on this, but would like for others to Beware of this company.
