I tried to view a video from my boyfriend's mother on my computer & a message popped up talking about issues with my computer & they needed to be resolved as soon as possible. I downloaded a program that Microsoft suggested & it said that I had over a 1,000 issues & I needed to register the product in order for the software to fix said issues. To register costed me $30.97, I didn't think that was a huge deal so I went with it & then it said that I needed to call them so a representative could finish registering the software. This ended up being a two hour conversation, them showing me remotely the issues on my computer... They said that the issues were so bad that I needed to get a certified Microsoft rep to completely fix the issues with a one year warranty... This costed me $226.00. After I paid this the rep told me that he was gonna work on my computer remotely & that he'd call me back in one hour. I watched everything that he did & he did nothing!!! I could of done what he did! He then removed PC Cleaners from my computer... The software that I just bought & called me & said all my issues were fixed. Well they aren't! I called trying to get a full refund but they are making it very difficult. As soon as the charges are done pending with my bank, I will be putting in a dispute with them & worse case if they don't approve that I will be filing a lawsuit. Don't trust them!!!
