I told UPC that I didn't owe a thing on my house but wanted to buy a smaller house and was there anything I could do. After 9 months they gave me 10,000 I was to put down now on the second house I found since the first one got sold. Due to UPC sending out so many people to my house. I now owe UPC about 30,000. It is like I had a pie and everyone took a slice... I put down 2,000 like USC told me to do on the house and after I did they said no... I ended up not getting my money back from the realtors and UPC sold me off to Generation Mortgage... I cannot ever sell my house because I owe so much. I have been told I was scammed but with me being on disability it is hard for me to get help. Also being so sick I just left everything go... USC said there wasn't a damn thing I could do to them. At our courthouse in Pa. It is on the books I have two leans for 250.000 from USC and Generation Mortgage. I will never give up but it is making my health worse since I am 71.. I pray just someone can help me... I did file with the Pa Attorney generals office which said they would help but never did. A lawyer did tell me to get in touch with you people and several others business' I need help... Am not sure of the amount. I would need a lawyer to tell me that..
