I was in forclosure with two mortage companies. I received a letter from harris capital management a.K.A. Skyline capital telling me that they could help me with the forclosure process. So i called them to set up a pointment. So i went a meeting with Ron Harris and i told him that my house was in foreclosurer with two mortage companies. He ask me what i wanted to do. Well i told him that i was sick of the house and i had it appraise, at the price of $ 308,000.00 and that i only owed $ 180,000.00 i said i like to sell the house and pay off the two mortage and walk away with a little bit of money for me. So he said that he thinks he can help me. So he gave me a contract to saying that was giving him the right to sell the house in my name. I do believe that's called the power of attorney. So i signed it, he went out and got the buyer and the loan of $350.000.00 dollars the buyer he got name is Daniel Barr, we went to a settlement closing on as stated above Feb. 11 at the law office of a stephanie A. Hand, Esq. So we did the closing at the time i signed i ask them where was my money for the sell they told me i would be getting my end of the closing on friday this was on a monday friday came and gone and still haven't heard from them about my money I file a complaint with the BBB and the state attorney general office, and i haven't received a response from either office and it's about to be a year since i file this complaint besides the fact that they fail to a certifcate of a code complaince for the house by the city of newark in which had to go to court to pay a fine of $783.00 for failure to get which was mr. Ron harris and miss stephanie a. Hand to do. I wonder is their anything you can do to help me this problem.
