Based On The smaller printing hidden within the agreement, it stated he legaly had control of the home for 7 years. AND did not need to create ANY funds onto it for that 7 years.
After I spoke to my lender I then found out he was just producing the mortgage repayments every a few months sufficient to maintain them from forclosing.
Also, he'd the financial institution eliminate my tackle and had givin them his postoffice package #. Each one of these overdue payments turned up on my credit history and today I can not obtain a mortgage for-anything or hire a centered on my credit history for 7 years, when this data falls down.
