I called to ask a question about uniform pants I purchased 2 weeks ago, my son wore them once and they broke in the washer. The first young lady I spoke to was very nice and then handed the phone to the mae manager insiplace because her 3 children wear uniforms from there and that never happens. I explained to her I frequently shop there as well and that hasn't happened to me either, but that doesn't mean it can not hamanagers tone got sarcastic and rude. She wasn't trying to help at all. She was trying to explain the only way it could of happened is if he caught himself on something. I just bought the pants he wore them once!!! Way to help your customers, store manager. It wasn't about getting the another pair of pants, but a simple explanation una different manner and tone would've done. Thank you! Manners and people skills come a long way.
