I dropped my pants off there expecting a hem and to be cleaned. There was a temporary hem in the pants that I told the man to just hem it around the rest of the pant leg and that would be the pants height. When I went to pick up the pants that I never wore and just bought at Walmart for 17.00 the man should me the pants and it had several cut marks in the pants. The lady came out to explain that the cut marks were from the temporary sewing that was there. I know for a fact there was no holes nor cut marks in my brand new pants when I brought them there I was very clear. They charged me 15.95 with cut marks in my brand new pants. Then the lady said I shouldn't of sewed the pants I should of just brought them to her. I said there wasn't any rip marks in the pants when I left them there now there is. I am very disatisfied. She laughed at my husband when we asked for the receipt of 15.95 of which we had to pay. Terrible service. We they definitely lost a lot of business from us.
