Dear Mugler's:
We attempted to shop in your store for the fourth time this afternoon. The first attempt started badly, but we suffered through the "gruff" personality that your bleached blonde cashier has. We picked up the order and shared a few words with her, brought a co-worker along, he bought his uniforms and he felt the same maltreatment, but also endured her difficult personality.

The third visit, a man helped and nothing eventful happened.

Today, my husband and I walked in, bleached blonde woman was inhumanely arguing with a postal worker about her uniform. She completely ignored my husband and I as she rested on the postal pants display rack, still arguing, she could tell that my husband and I were having a hard time finding pants, she ignored us.

We finally found a pair of uniform pants and he tried them on. I had to interrupt the blonde woman from her tirade on the poor postal worker to get a police uniform shirt. She went back got it and I inspected the buttons. The first shirt that we got was poorly sewn. I had to reinforce and replace all of the buttons. The one that she was giving me, literally had one stitch holding on the buttons. I pointed it out to her and she said I was the only one out of thousands that complained! Hmmmm, ok in my experience 1 unhappy customer, is 1 too many. There's always a first time for everything.

I asked if we could get the buttons reinforced and she got PISSED! She actually walked away! I asked the other sales woman for a manager. I explained to her I wanted to once and for all be treated like a human being in this store! She kindly and gladly handed me a card and said a manager would not be in until Monday, but PLEASE call!

My husband then came out of the dressing room and we waited for the rude woman to finish belittling the postal woman at the register and then it was our turn.

She pointed out that the pants did not match the shirt, that the pants were returned by NNPD, as rejects! Why are they on your shelf? We did not notice a difference. Then she said the buttons could be reinforced, but not without her rude comments. I mentioned I did not have the time or the equipment to reinforce the buttons and she said, "THEY USE THEIR HANDS" NEWSFLASH, I HAVE A DISABILITY THAT DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO USE MY HANDS, I did not share this with her because she is just a mean spirited person. So more than likely would have criticized me for my disability.

I guess I was under the impression that if you offered the SERVICE of sewing on the patches and alterations, that reinforcing buttons, would just be another SERVICE!

She kept rambling on about how the uniform shirt does not match the pants WE chose. I told her we were IGNORED while we were shopping, she watched us digging through the racks! Ok if this shirt does not match, can she get one that does? Why must I HAVE TO ARGUE WITH THIS OFFENSIVE WOMAN?

I don't know where this woman gets off treating people that put their lives on the line to do essential services for the citizens in our area, but enough is enough!

We left your establishment, extremely upset, without purchasing the 2 uniforms that my husband desperately needs. He has lost over 30 pounds while in the academy and the crotch of the first pair of pants completely split out last night, he has only been on duty since July 21. So maybe you can understand why we are already very dissatisfied with the poor quality of the uniforms that you supply, not to mention the awful experiences that we have had while attempting to shop in your store.

If this unhelpful woman had half a brain, she would have asked a few more questions and then listened to our concerns about how the crotch of a brand new pair of pants crotch tore out, actually let go at the seams. We never even got that far. Listening to your customers is something she lacks completely, she knows it all. She does not wear the uniforms, she has NO clue.

Against his better judgement, My husband did return shortly after and purchase one pair of pants to get him through his shift tonight and we will have to find another uniform shop, we want you to know why we must take our business elsewhere and how we were treated in your establishment, you should be ashamed!

Same behavior as the sales woman; yelled at me, told me I was wrong, he has never sold defective uniforms, 1000's sold and then started yelling at me, when I told him I was the customer and he was calling me a liar, he got madder and hung up! He said even though we said the uniform that we purchased was defective, he still wore it so there was no way he could help, (I think he meant a refund, for which we never asked... Just the defect on the new uniform be fixed prior to wearing!)

POLICE and Postal Workers Beware! There are other places to shop!
