We had absolutely the WORST experience EVER at a Red Lobster. We go to Red Lobster at least twice a month and usually visit the Frisco location. This time we stopped at Plano. First it took a long time for the waitress to come to our table for drink orders. When she finally did (and the restaurant was NOT busy at all) she got the orders and didn't bring the lemon in the water my wife asked for. My wife is very pregnant and we had two small children with us. She came and took our orders, the salad came out quickly but took forever for the food. The kids food and my wife's food came out but not mine. My wife and I had endless shrimp. The waitress came over and asked if everything was good. I didnt even have my plate yet. She didnt notice. I had to say "where is my food". She said "oh what did you order?" she didnt even know. Finally i got my food and we told her RIGHT AWAY what we wanted for our refills because we know sometimes it can take some time. She left and placed the orders. We finished our initial shrimp and no refills came. For a long time. Finally after waiting forever one of my refills came but not my wife's. We waited, i finished those shrimp and STILL no refills for my wife and the waiter never came back. I finally got fed up and found the manager. She came over, didnt really appologize at all and was able to get us some refills. The first refill to my wife was COLD, and i mean cold! Then the rest were hot. The waiter just blaimed the cooks in the back for us not getting the refills when in fact she should have been checking on them. We never were offered any compensation, free desert or anything from the manager. She never even applogized for the visit. It was 100% the worst red lobster ever!!
