I buy a pair of pants on NOV 19 my credit card gets charged on NOV 20 I get a confirmation e-mail saying that the pants will arrive in three to five business days. So, on DEC 2 I get a little peeved and call and ask where the pants are, "customer service then explains how a ticket never printed for them, so they were not sent, but they will send them now and I will get them in three to five business days"
I get the pants. They don't fit. I call and get a return authorization number and mail the pants back via UPS with insurance. I get a UPS confirmation that my pants have arrived. I wait two weeks the pants never get exchanged.
I call and ask if they received my pants. They tell me that they haven't. I tell them that i sent them UPS and I have confirmation that they did. I get hung up on. They call me back within 10 minutes and say that they have found my pants and will send them soon. I have never received them, but I'm sure they are on their way.
