Martin Gavriloff has been proven guilty of real estate fraud, usury, perjury and the illegal sale of our farm, home and family business. He paid his lawyer well to cover for him in court. Sonoma County court system mis-handled our case against him. The last time I saw Gavriloff was during a settlement hearing where he waved his check book in my face, never compensating for his illegal actions or made accountable for his damages.
