Today, my sister and I went to the Red Lobster in Aurora, IL. We were told we would have a 20 minute wait. 40 minutes or more and crowded restaurant later, we learned that the restaurant only had 3 servers on staff that night, which was the cause of the backlog. If we had been informed on this when we walked in the door, we could have made an informed decision on whether to stay. When we were finally informed, we, as well as a number of other customers, left. Good management would have got workers from other locations if all of the servers did not report to work. We were very disappointed with the service.
