Ben Ikuta of Low McKinley Baleria & Salenko has recently participated in a case riddled with perjury. Usually it would be the witness involved in lying and conspiracy. This time, it was both. Ikuta made statement after statement that were perjury in declarations and in court.
After the hearing, Ikuta filed a false police report knowing the stated facts were false. He has shown a pattern of perjury and conspiracy. He is involved in a conspiracy to cover up his clients unethical behavior and has proven perjury is not an issue for him.
