We bought our family home in 1987, located at: Redacted. A long time dream of my parents and I and my family. We worked very hard over the years to turn into a small horse farm.
We never planned to ever lose it, my children were to inherit the property for their families. My mother was on title with me when she died in 1998, we had her funeral there and her ashes were spread on the land she loved so dearly.
I also had started a licensed childcare business after my daughter was born. To pay off her liens etc. I had to refinance our farm. I was told by probate lawyer, Robert Kenney I had to go through a short, simple probate.
To make a long story short, Robert Kenney along with our 2nd mortgage holder, predatory lender, Martin Gavriloff, and Kenneys' friend a real estate thief, Keith Slipper, and his wife Claire Geber sold our property illegally.

Gavriloff is a prooven predatory lender, also guilty of Usury, and he pays his lawyer well to keep him out of prison. He is also the treasurer of the Calif. N.R.A.! Reports have been filed with the F.B.I.in Calif. Lawsuits filed, many letters written to representatives etc. We need our farm and home back. I have alot of imformation to tell you.

The property needs to be returned to us, Gavriloff offered me a pay-off once, but refused to give a amount, then walked away from it. One thing for sure, this was truly a false foreclosure. Property is now empty, maybe in foreclosure. We need to also stop it from being sold again while resolving this nightmare-please help soon if
