This was around the date of my settlement conference between myself and Martin Gavriloff set up by the Sonoma Co., Calif. Court system. The court system mis-handled the settlement conference. Martin Gavriloff sat next to me playing with his check book. He knows he illegally sold our home and business in 2001 as a bogus foreclosure sale which my previous lawyer confirmed and he is a proven predatory lender, also guilty of perjury. The court mediators sent me away and I never heard from them again. Urgently need help in settling this case, but cannot afford lawyer fees.
