I bought a cellphone model Samsung Galaxy Nexus on the website. They sent me a defective product and are giving me a really hard time to refund my money. The company has a list of phones for contact on their website but you try calling and there is always no answer. If you file a complain online they stall you, taking at least a day to answer each question and not allowing you to contact them until they contact you.
