Model is GT-I9300 SAMSUNG has no contact us to reach headquarters when customers has problem with their dealers... All contact us emails gets routed back to local dealer which is halarious

My warranty expired in November (less than 2 months ago)
Everywhere Samsung dealers are fixing those phones with this sudden death syndrom for free no question asked even if the device is rooted also (I read that on many forums online) EVERYWHERE EXCEPT Jordan and some other countries where samsung dealers do not give a fly about samsung image or their customers
Samsung dealer in JORDAN is refusing to fix my phone for free and wants me to pay 230$ for a mother board (thats the price of a new android phone)
I asked samsung dealer in JORDAN to give me a written report and they refused they said: _quot "We only inform you whats wrong on the phone"... And all what they say is: "the phone motherboard is busted" any half brainer can open the phone test it and reach that conclusion... But why its dead?!! They get upset when i ask them why the mother board is dead!!!
I dont know how a worldly company like this give thir dealership to such unprofessional rude company like that in Jordan
