I bought a Samsung galaxy S3 at Amazon.com on October 2012. About 1 month ago the handset starts to show some problems with the internal microphone, nobody can hear me when I got a call. I'd tried to talk to the seller at Amazon.com, and he said he only have 1 month warranty, after this time I need to contact Samsung international. I went to Samsung US, that said my phone came from UK or India. Than I went to Samsung UK, that said was made in US. Came back to US and they said to contact Samsung India, and Samsung India said to contact Samsung US. I also tried to contact Amazon.com, but they can't help because was a third partner sale. As I live in Brazil I sent the device to the brazilian service center, and the repair is US$ 300,00 (they said it's needed to replace a board, I assume that's the board where microphones are), and I think this is not fair, as a brand new phone costs US$ 400,00. Please, help me get an solution from Samsung and stop them trough me to another country again.
