I purchased this samsung n400 cellphone brand new. Started haveing problems with the phone freezing up and not starting up. Took phone in to store. They said they were haveing problems with this phone. They said they had to do a software up grade. They did. That did not help. I continued to take the phone back. They said there was nothing they could do. All of these phones were bad. They would not honor the waranty. They would not give me a new phone.
I contacted samsung. They would not do anything. All of these n400, s were defective, they discontinued this model because they were defective. A lot of people got taken, not just me. People accross the country who bought these phones. Sprint does not stand behind there phones. Samsung would not replace these phones. Im still trying to use this phone. It still has all of its defects. The buy back at sprint is twenty five dollars for these phones. A fraction of what this phone cost new. I wish there was a class action lawsuit. I would join in on it. I continue to take this phone in to the store. Just to be doing. To get them to check it and let them tell me theres nothing they can do. It atleast keeps this phone in there faces.
