It was a horrible experience, first booked through Greyhound site and reached station 1 hour before but it was closed no one to help, when I called Their customer care they told me though I had booked through Greyhound website but the bus was for Bonanza so they couldn't help. I was there for 2 hours No bus driver allowed me to board, It was so horrible experience to stand in that shady place. Now nobody is ready to even Refund that, Greyhound customer service sucks big time
