I was supposed to recieve 3 packages from HP through FedEx. On the day of delivery I track the package and it said it was on the delivery vehicle. A few hours go by and I got worried because FedEx normally makes deliveries in my apartment community around late morning or early afternoon, and to my surprise it says refused by recipent. I though to myself that;s impossible that I refused delivery of an order I had just paid over $1,200 for, especially having known that their were no knocks at my door or notice that the FedEx delivery driver had came. I immediately called FedEx customer service to investigate and the representative tells me that the "shipper", HP, requested the packages be returned to them and to contact them. At this point I'm furious, I call HP and after 90 min of being bounced around to 3 different people and being placed on hold through the majority of the call, a supervisor who was most thourough in his investigation informs me that he had been told by FedEx that the delivery was refused because the "address was suspicious" and it was to be returne. Yet the second representative I spoke and I were both told that the "shipper" requested the packages not be delivered. The supervisior then placed me on hold again to contact FedEx personell with more authority and power to fix the situation, 20 minutes go by and he informs me that he's spoken with multiple executives with FedEx and departments within HP who could have set in motion a request for my order to be returned. The result of the investigation being that no such request was made and FedEx falsely refused to deliver my order and still claimes it was HP. Now, I'm unable to begin my online classes for school ontime because I don't have a pc capable of handling the work load and had to wait until HP approves the my replacement order be shipped and hope FedEX will deliver this time in before the first day of this semester. Never use fedex or purchase companies that do.
