Do not use FedEx delivery service. I ordered a package of clothing online, and it was delivered by FedEx, but it never arrived. I called the FedEx customer service line, and a lady told me she put a trace on my order and someone would call back with the result. Unfortunately, no one from FedEx called me back at all. My package was lost or perhaps got stolen by a FedEx employee, and they don't want to be responsible for anything.
FedEx employees stealing customers' packages have been caught on camera and have been on internet news for the past years. FedEx has had a really bad reputation for a long time. DO NOT USE FEDEX or your package may be stolen. It happened to a lot of people according to internet reviews, so if it can happen to me, it can happen to anybody.
I will never use FedEx again because of my frustration. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I also called FedEx customer service a second time, and that man told me the shipper can file a claim and then hung up on me. Rude and disrespectful customer service...
