My package is at the FedEx facility in my area and was loaded for delivery at 6:31 AM today. They took it off the truck because it got here faster than their guarantee. Now they are holding it at their facility just so it doesn't get here earlier than promise.
Every time something is shipped to me by FedEx it is a hassle. Their residential delivery service is horrible for the package recipient. Therefore, in the future I will ask if my order can be shipped by UPS, USPS or DHL (Pony express would beat FedEx) and if I'm told FedEx is the only shipper available, then I will find another place to spend my money. No longer will I purchase anything that must be shipped by FedEx.
