Purchased the phone from staples 5 months ago which was a nightmare in itself. Had to bring it to a local verizon store to set it up. Now for no known reason the screen cracked oh, and it has never held a charge since I have had it. Now my only options is to send it to be fixed for $120.00 or keep it and be unable to use it and still pay for the family plan. Great product samsung!!!
