I have had the Samsung Galaxy 4s for almost two months. It has been very looked after has been kept in protective casing. It was working fine and i was very happy with my new phone. However for no apparent reason what soever the screen is now just black, originally i thought the battery had died so charged it, but still the screen remained blank. The phone would ring but i am unable to answer it. Took it straight into O2 store. It was sent off and described as being in perfect condition. The phone had not been dropped, knocked or any other form of damage including liquid etc. I then receive a text to say the warranty does not cover me for the actual damage of the phone and would therefore incur a charge of £125 pounds. I am very disappointed to be told this by O2 as this should very much be a under warranty still considering the facts.
