I purchased the Galaxy Note II cell phone based on it's many features and the fact that it promoted the "gorilla" screen. The screen isn't so gorilla, it's more like "cat" screen. I dropped my phone and the screen cracked. I called customer service and was advised that it would be a $200 hold to determine the impact of the fall that caused the crack. It's not I dropped it from the top of mount everest. It fell out of my pocket onto the kitchen floor. But, my issue is, you saying it tough so it should matter how it falls. My Galaxy 2 fell a million times and the screen never cracks, but when I decide to upgrade and pay more for a phone it aint all what it is "cracked up" to be.
