Samsung service is HORRIBLE! I have never encountered a more incompetent manufacturer. I bought the Samsung VRT steam washer and dryer in May and they still have not been able to repair the cracked washer door... It is now July! I have spent many hours on the phone with Samsung to no avail! I will never buy another Samsung product as they have incompetent customer service representatives who don't know the first thing about representing a company. Ask yourself if you would want to be without a washer for over 2 months before buying a Samsung product because if it breaks it will not be fixed for a long time!
