I bought a 4g samsung galaxy stratosphere phone on 3/14 and i had the screen crack with no abuse on my part. I'm 67 years old and careful with my phone. I bought a protective cover and it was in my pocket and when i took it out the screen was cracked. If this phone can not take any type of use it is not any good to me and they say it is my fault? If this is the case this phone is a piece of crap and they won't do anything about it except want to charge me $100.00 to repair. I went back to my old flip phone i've had ten years and no problem. I will never buy another samsung product again and will tell everyone i know not to buy one.
