Y S4 internal screen cracked this morning whilst sitting on my desk at work & therefore cannot be viewed. It's not the external glass but the actual display. Went down to the Samsung dealer i purchased it off 4 months ago (Sydney City) & tried to explain what had happened but all the sales man or should i say boy was interested in was that i had dropped it as it has got a crack & therefore was not covered under warranty & it would cost me over 300 dollars to get it fixed. Here once again i tried to explain that 1. I work in an office & the phone sits on my desk & 2. There is no physical damage (scratches & or dents) to the actual phone. Still not interested. Not the sort of service i would expect from this company as it is the second phone i have purchased of these guys in 14 months. I use this for work as it is also part of my income generation so am bitterly disappointed that this guy was not even interested in actually looking at the phone or suggesting that i submit it for inspection etc. Just "nah mate its cracked so you have dropped it & we will have to send it away to get fixed".
