I recently purchased my slate pc and love it to bits. I sold my ipad2 and didn't look back. However, 5 days after purchase, it took a tumble off an office desk. Not a big deal, it was inside its padded tablet bag. Got home, and found the screen cracked. Samsung don't want A bar of it claiming damages. My claim? That it must be suitable for the purpose for which it is sold and must function fully in that purpose for a reasonable period of time. Not happy at all. This is an amazing piece of hardware, but the screen to too weak to be able to be handled by Anyone outside a padded room.
