The second part of the Speedy PC Pro problem. They said I needed a certified technician to "Fix" the problems on my computer and got me to purchase a 1yr. PC unlimited support. (They tried to talk me into a 2yr. But I said no.) As at that time I was desperate but nervous and wary. They said I could lose all my files. So I agreed. The service is useless. Therefore I believe it is a scam. Please I need help. I am not a computer wizard. I trusted these company's
because of the logo they are using.
