Downloaded Speedy PC Pro for $40. To clean up my slow computer. I needed to call in for a "license key" to actually get the program to work. They operated my computer remotely and showed me all my "errors and warnings" that needed to be fixed by a "certified technician." Said I needed to spend $249 more for them to fix and have tech support. I said no. Then it was $199 to fix. I said no. Then there's a one-time fix for $80. I bought that but said how long does that last. He said call within seven days and we'll fix whatever the problem is. I also had the technician check my e-mail because it was not receiving mail. He said he'd take a look at it. It seemed to work when he was finished with our call. This call took over an hour. Two days later I'm not getting any e-mail. I called tech support and got the run around for an hour. They started the remote access to my computer but then signed off and never got back on the phone. This company is a complete SCAM! I don't even think much was wrong with my computer. I just wanted it to run a little faster and now I'm out $120 and can't get my e-mail.
