I purchased the V2 prem. Computer from ShopNBC (Viscom Technology) in Sept. 05 and began having problems in Nov. 05. The problem with the computer was a display of several error messages that immediately shut my computer down to automatically restart, again and again. I called technical support for assistance approximately 20-30 times and during those times, several different answers were given as a solution to my computer problem, but of many of those responses, I was told that the computer was over heating.
During this fiasco, technical support arranged for a local technician to service the computer, twice, and the problem still existed. Technical support then arranged for the computer to be shipped for in-house repairs. I received the computer a week later, and guess what, the same problem still exist. I have talked to technical support supervisors and ShopNBC representatives to solve my problem and 6 months later I and still without a working computer.
It is obvious that this company and everyone involved are NOT concerned about the consumer and does not have any integrity. The purchase of this computer with problems within 3 months of purchase with consistent problems, unresolved by their on technical support staff, simply means ShopNBC sells defective computers and a complete rip off.
