Comptuer kept getting bogged down couldn't open up word 2003 documents.
When screen showed up that I needed to scan for trouble and linked Speedy PC Pro as a Microsoft partner to clear this problem.
Went to website downloaded software and then was given an 800 # to call to
activate license for software. Reached a rep in New Delhi who ran the software and told me 6000 errors and problems found. Offered a service for $750 that would clear this up.
Felt uncomfortable with their access to my computer. Rep for Speedy PC Pro wanted to know if I did any online banking. He was in the process of transfering me to supervisor becasue I said I would take my computer to a nearby computer servicing store rather then having them do any further assisting.
I ended up having the local computer guys clean up my computer and remove
Speedy PC Pro software. Cost $165 dollars. The computer guys warned against this type of online vendor. They recommended posting complaint online.
