We have lived in our house for 3 years now and the water company that serviced our subdivision was a local company. Last year they sold out to Aqua Texas and since we have had trouble after trouble! Our water pressure sometimes it to low you can't even shower, the water will completely turnoff any given time, day or night, the water has a very foul smell to it, sometimes the water is discolored and there are such high amounts of iron in the water that I was forced to purchase a filter to attach to my hose when I add water to my pool. I am so tired of this water company! Our neighbors called the local news station after not having water for several says in a week and Aqua was OUTED as a HORRIBLE water company and we were contacted from them stating the problems were being fixed and here we are almost 3 months later and NOTHING HAS CHANGED! How would you like to have no water after working in the yard, taking your kids to practice, or WORKING ALL DAY? We don't even know if we will be able to take showers when we get home because most of the time our pressure is low or our water is OFF! Enough is enough here! We need answers!!!
